The Schneider VW3A1104R30 is a 3-meter-long, specialized communications cable with shielded RJ45 connectors on both ends. It is designed to quickly connect Schneider graphic display terminals (such as Magelis HMIs or advanced control panels) to Altivar/Altistart series inverters and TeSys T motor management systems. The shield is integrally molded into the injection-molded jacket, ensuring long-term flexing in industrial environments ranging from 0–70°C, and is resistant to drag and oil contamination, ensuring zero Modbus/CANopen signal loss. The cable utilizes a highly flexible 8-core twisted pair cable with an aluminum foil shield, achieving 100 Ω impedance and meeting CAT5e standards. The RJ45 terminals are gold-plated, 3 μm in diameter, and have a plug-and-play life of over 1,000 cycles. Plug-and-play operation eliminates the need for on-site stripping and crimping, reducing wiring time by over 50%.
