Application & Fault Scenarios
Used as a 400 V regenerative supply in common DC bus and AFE systems, especially four-quadrant test benches, winders, cranes, hoists and heavy process lines where braking energy must be returned to the supply. Typical faults: DC-bus overvoltage during regeneration, no DC output after power-up, regen unit communication loss, SMARTCARD parameter mismatch, phase-loss or input fault, and overtemperature alarms in dusty cabinets. Check AC input voltage, DC-bus wiring, control-module seating, encoder feedback and cabinet cooling before replacing the unit.
