The ABB ACS550-01-012A-4 is an original low voltage AC drive from the globally recognized ACS550 general-purpose series, delivering 5.5kW rated power at 11.9A continuous output current for three-phase 380-480V induction motor applications. Designed for both variable-torque loads such as pumps and fans and constant-torque loads including conveyors and mixers, this VFD inverter provides reliable open-loop scalar and sensorless vector speed regulation.
Equipped as standard with an integrated EMC filter, dual DC choke for harmonic suppression, built-in Modbus RTU communication interface, and an assistant control panel with startup wizards, the ACS550-01-012A-4 minimizes commissioning effort and eliminates the need for external filtering components.Installing a genuine ABB ACS550-01-012A-4 replaces degraded power modules and faulty control boards, restoring stable motor acceleration, accurate speed holding, and energy-saving performance without parameter reconfiguration.
