The SKC3400220, a member of Emerson's Control Techniques Commander SK series, is designed for 380-480 V three-phase industrial applications. It provides high-precision speed and torque control for induction motors up to 2.2 kW. Its plug-and-play design and zero-lateral clearance installation within the cabinet make it an ideal choice for OEM batch production and for upgrading older cabinets.

High-performance motor control: Utilizing sensorless vector control technology, it precisely controls current based on load changes in real time. It delivers 150% of rated output torque at a low frequency of 1 Hz, ensuring smooth motor starting and stable operation. It supports open-loop vector control, speed or torque control, and a speed reference input (0-10 V, 4-20 mA) to meet diverse control needs. The output frequency reaches up to 1500 Hz, with a wide frequency range of 0-1500 Hz.

Powerful Programmability and Expansion Capabilities: Soft PLC function design is supported using Logstick logic sticks and SPYLITE software, enabling ladder diagram programming and implementing complex logic control without the need for a separate PLC. Modular expansion capabilities allow for expandable I/O and fieldbus cards, supporting mainstream fieldbuses such as Profibus, DeviceNet, CANopen, and EtherNet, facilitating system integration.

Fully Integrated Design and High Reliability: The entire series features built-in EMC filters and brake units, complying with electromagnetic compatibility standards. Comprehensive protection features include undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, short circuit, ground fault, and overtemperature protection. Intelligent thermal management technology automatically optimizes switching frequency, ensuring stable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to +40°C.

User-Friendly Design: Modbus RTU and RS485 communication interfaces facilitate network connectivity. SmartStick supports one-click parameter backup and transfer. The compact design and high-strength molded plastic construction make installation easy.
