The Danfoss 034G0508 is a high-performance, normally closed (NC) 2/2-way pilot-operated solenoid valve from the EVR 10 series, engineered for reliable on/off control of refrigerant flow in liquid, suction, and hot gas lines of medium to large industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. With a ⅜" (DN10) ODF (solder) connection, 110–120 V AC 60 Hz coil, and compatibility with a wide range of HFC, HFO, and natural refrigerants—including R134a, R404A, R507, R448A, R449A, R290 (propane), and R717 (ammonia), this valve offers excellent flow capacity, tight shut-off, and energy-efficient operation.
Designed for systems with a minimum pressure differential of 0.05 bar (0.7 psi), the 034G0508 uses a pilot-operated mechanism that enables high flow rates with low electrical power consumption—making it ideal for continuous-duty applications such as cold storage, food processing, supermarket racks, and industrial chillers.
