A built-in PID controller directly accepts 0–10 V or 4–20 mA process signals for closed-loop pressure, flow, or temperature control, eliminating the need for external regulators. Modbus-RTU communication is standard, with optional Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, or EtherNet/IP adapters for seamless integration with PLCs, DCSs, or higher-level SCADA systems.
Comprehensive Protection Features
Multiple hardware and software protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, ground fault, overheating, motor stall, phase failure, and short circuit, are implemented simultaneously. Combined with an IP20 metal enclosure and independent cooling ducts, this ensures reliable operation within operating temperatures of -10°C to +50°C and at altitudes up to 1000 meters. A built-in simple PLC with 8 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 analog output, and 2 relay outputs allows for easy local logic control and status monitoring, reducing system costs.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
It can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall, with a removable terminal block. The front panel features a five-digit LED display and a rotary knob, supporting both Chinese and English menus. Parameter upload and download require only a Mini-USB cable. A built-in braking unit and removable cooling fan eliminate the need for additional accessories on-site to meet braking and cooling requirements, reducing downtime for maintenance.
