I. Key Functions
1. Synchronization Check – When both sides of the network are energized, the circuit breaker can only be closed if the voltage difference (ΔU), frequency difference (Δf), and phase angle difference (Δφ) all fall within the preset limits.
2. Voltage Check – When one side is energized and the other is not, this function verifies that the power flow direction is correct and the dead-time requirement is met, preventing load-side energization.
3. Dual Circuit Breaker Scenario –  With two completely independent stages (Stage 1/Stage 2) built in, it can monitor the closing conditions of two circuit breakers simultaneously, suitable for applications such as dual busbar systems, ring main units, or generator-transformer unit configurations.

- Voltage difference ΔU: 2%…40% × Un (1% step)
- Frequency difference Δf: 0.02…0.50 Hz (0.01 Hz step)
- Phase angle difference Δφ: 5°…50° (1° step)
- Slip cycle measurement threshold: >0.15 × Un for calculating Δf/Δφ
- Deadband time (Voltage-check tVC): 0.1…20 s
- Circuit breaker tripping time compensation tCB: 0…500 ms
- Rated voltage input: 100 V or 110 V (50/60 Hz)
