The Infineon FF600R12IP4 is a 1200 V, 600 A half-bridge IGBT4 module packaged in the rugged PrimePACK™ 3 housing. Optimized for wind, solar and industrial motor-drive applications, it delivers industry-leading power density, low switching losses and superior thermal performance up to 175 °C junction temperature.
