Overview

The 6GK1503-2CB00 is a rugged, rail-mounted Optical Link Module from Siemens’ SCALANCE family, converting electrical PROFIBUS RS-485 signals to multimode fiber (ST/BFOC). This enables interference-free, long-distance communication up to 3 km between PLCs, drives, I/O and SCADA systems in harsh industrial environments.
